biography
Ben Horton is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with over seven years of Data Analytics and Internal Audit experience in the Financial Services industry. Ben has worked closely with banking and insurance organizations and has specialized in Data Analytics and Accounting. Ben graduated from Georgia State University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and completed his MBA in 2008.
Ben is a Manager at Deloitte in Atlanta, providing advisory services to clients at the forefront of Business Intelligence. In addition to helping his clients develop discrete, technical analysis solutions, Ben helps companies develop and build out their own sustainable analytics programs.
Ben also serves on the board of Transition House, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of addiction and homelessness.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Ben was a Senior Associate with the Risk and Compliance practice at KPMG Advisory in Atlanta. Ben was also a Senior Auditor and Vice President with SunTrust Audit Services in Atlanta.
